How do I file a claim?

If a claim arises you should notify us immediately. If a claim occurs outside of our business hours you can reach your insurance provider by calling the claims first report line 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Your claims first report number can be found on our claims page or on the back of your ID card.  



  • Remain at the Scene, Do Not Admit Fault

  • Find a safe location, call the police, and exchange driver and insurance information

  • Call us or your 1-800 claim number right away
